When you purchase a texture or digital download from the Website, you are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files or printed copies in any form.
• Use the designs for any commercial purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, creating and selling products or services.
• Alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Content for commercial purposes.
• Claim the Content as your own original work.

2. Products, Orders, and Digital Delivery

The Company reserves the right to change its product prices at any time without notice. The Company also reserves the right to refuse any order you place. By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate.

Digital Delivery and Access

All products offered on the Website are digital goods (e.g., downloadable files). Delivery is completed instantly following payment verification by providing immediate access and download links within your user account on the Website. All purchased products will be available for download at any time by logging into your account. The Company will send an email confirmation of your purchase, which will include a direct link to access your product(s). No physical products will be shipped. For proof of fulfillment, the Company logs the timestamp of successful delivery and the associated user account information.

Payment Processing Security

The security of your payment data is a priority. All card transactions are exclusively processed through secure, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Refunds

We will acknowledge your query within 3 business days and provide a final response regarding resolution within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 5–15 business days.

For formal bank retrieval requests or chargebacks, please direct all correspondence to our support email. We commit to providing initial acknowledgment within 48 hours and a full response, including any necessary evidence, within 10 business days. Evidence provided to the financial institution may include, but is not limited to, order details, download/access logs with timestamps, user account history, and IP address information.
